Yes: data security is a non-negotiable aspect of digital HR software. With this in mind, we have chosen to only use data centres with demonstrably high levels of physical and digital security. These centres are compliant to ISO 27001, ISO 27018 and audited to SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 and SOC 3 Type II standard.
Data is encrypted at rest by the Google Cloud Platform. Data is encrypted during transfer as well: both between our servers and user browser and between Google's EU data centres and our servers.
