Dimple: RedR UK is a specialist humanitarian organisation that provides training and capacity building for disaster relief and response. We work with a wide range of partners, including NGOs and governments, to equip people with the skills and knowledge they need to prepare for and respond to emergencies effectively.
Megan: And what is your role within RedR UK?
Dimple: As HR Business Partner, I oversee all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Essentially, I ensure we have the right people and systems in place to support our team and achieve our mission.
Megan: Before implementing Appogee HR, how were you managing your HR processes?
Dimple: It was a very manual and time-consuming process. We relied heavily on spreadsheets, Word documents, emails, and PDFs. Tracking employee data, managing leave requests, and conducting performance reviews were incredibly inefficient and prone to errors.
